Jwala Gutta congratulates P.V Sindhu on World Championship bronze

PV Sindhu claimed bronze at the 2013 BWF World Championships

Jwala Gutta Saturday congratulated P.V. Sindhu for claiming the women’s singles bronze medal at the World Badminton Championships in Guangzhou, China.

“Ayyoooo hard luck Sindhu…no matter what u still the rock star…congratulations fr the bronze….mmwahhhh,” tweeted Jwala.

Sindhu lost her semifinal at the competition Saturday against Ratchanok Intanon of Thailand, to settle for a bronze.

Jwala along with Ashwini Ponnappa were the last Indians to have won a medal at the Worlds before Sindhu. The duo had clinched the women’s doubles bronze two years ago in London.
