Malaysian badminton sensation Lee Chong Wei enthralled the crowd with some spectacular badminton at the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore. He made fast work, literally, of Cambodia’s Cheng Phor Phom in the team event.
He took just 13 minutes to wrap up the match. The 46th ranked Wei won 21-10, 21-5 to give his team a 3-0 win over Cambodia.
The former World No. 1 continued his sensational return after serving an 8-month suspension for consuming a banned substance. Last month, he won all of his matches at the Sudirman Cup, which was his first tournament after the ban.
Malaysia will take on Indonesia in the semi-final of the badminton tournament at the multi-sports event.
