Hailing from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States, Aaron Michael Nola has been a permanent member of the Philadelphia Phillies in Major League Baseball (MLB) for ten years as of 2024. Nicknamed as "Nols", he was the #7th overall pick by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2014 MLB Draft and debuted in the MLB on July 21, 2015. Before he launched his MLB career, Aaron Nola was a college baseball player for the LSU Tigers at Louisiana State University.

Aaron Nola had also been a member of the Harwich Mariners while playing in the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) during his college years. Since making his MLB debut, Aaron Nola played MLB All-Star game in 2018 and earned and a NL All-Star award for his efforts. Moreover, he has also been honored as a member of the All-MLB Second Team member in 2022. Throughout his MLB career so far, Aaron Nola has achieved 1749 strikeouts in 264 games as of 2024.

He first played baseball in Little League and then attended Catholic High School, where he played varsity baseball. He instead, joined Louisiana State University and played college baseball there for the LSU Tigers. He has also played in the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) while representing the Harwich Mariners.
