Anthony Vincent Rizzo is a professional baseball first baseman who played the 2024 season for the New York Yankees in Major League Baseball (MLB). He hails from Parkland, Florida, and attended Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. During the 2007 MLB Draft, Rizzo was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the sixth round, with the 204th overall pick.

Rizzo debuted with the San Diego Padres on June 9, 2011, after being traded from the Boston Red Sox for Adrián González. In January 2012, he was traded again to the Chicago Cubs. From 2014 to 2016, Rizzo was named to three straight All-Star Games. In 2016, he won a Silver Slugger and a Gold Glove while helping the Cubs to their first World Series championship since 1908. He also won Gold Gloves in 2018, 2019, and 2020. He was traded by the Cubs to the Yankees in July 2021, where he signed a two-year contract after the 2022 season.
