Blake Cyr is a college baseball player for the Miami Hurricanes Baseball team, where he plays in the infield and also serves as a designated hitter. Joining the team in 2023, Blake had an impressive freshman season, receiving honors such as Consensus Freshman All-America, All-ACC Freshman Team, and All-ACC Academic Team in 2023. Before his collegiate career, Blake began playing baseball in high school at Windermere High School, where he played for the school's baseball team. As of 2024, Blake is in his Sophomore season.

Blake Cyr joined the University of Miami in 2023 after completing his high school education. He is majoring in business and has also become a member of the Miami Hurricanes Baseball team to continue his baseball career. In his freshman season, Cyr appeared in 60 games, making 59 starts. Notably, he finished second on the team in categories such as home runs, RBI, slugging percentage, and OPS.

He hit two home runs and plated seven runs in a match against Florida on March 4, 2023, coming just one RBI shy of the Hurricanes’ freshman single-game record set by Randy Guerra in 1976.
