Brody Brecht is an American pitcher for Iowa Hawkeyes who began his baseball career at the Ankeny High School. He was rated the No.3 player in the state of Iowa in the 2022 recruiting class. In his junior year of high school baseball, Brecht averaged a 2.45 ERA with 69 strikeouts in just 34 innings. Offensively, he had a 333 batting average with three homers and 27 RBI.
