American professional baseball player Christian Walker plays first base for the Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball (MLB). Walker was chosen by the Baltimore Orioles in the fourth round of the 2012 Major League Baseball drafts. He made his professional debut with the Aberdeen IronBirds. With two home runs, he hit .284/.376/.420 while playing in 22 games. Walker began the 2013 season with the Delmarva Shorebirds. In May he was promoted to the Frederick Keys and played the All-Star Futures game in July. He was promoted to the Double-A Bowie Baysox following the All-Star game. He concluded the season with 11 home runs and a slash line of .300/ .362/ .453.

He spent the next few years honing his skills and was promoted to the Major Leagues on September 16, 2014 against the Toronto Blue Jays. He spent the next few years on the hinges shifting between minor league teams the Orioles. He was claimed by the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2017 where he currently showcases his skills. His performances throughout his career have earned him two Good Glove Awards.

Walker claimed that his mother makes use of a recipe that has been passed down through the generations. He said his mother and sister cooked them in sauce for three or four hours, so they took a long time to prepare.

Walker often credits his sister and his wife for standing by him and supporting him through all his ups and downs. Walker often posts pictures of his wife and sister on his Instagram. He met his future wife Amanda Walker in high school. He got married to her in 2016. She graduated from Philadelphia University with a degree in fashion merchandising and management. She is the editor and lifestyle blogger of the Golden Girl Diary, a lifestyle blog based in Columbia and South Carolina. The pair does not have any kids right now.
