Corbin Carroll was born on August 21, 2000, and is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball (MLB). Carroll was born to Brant and Pey-Lin Carroll in Seattle, Washington. Carroll is mixed-race.

Carroll played college baseball for the University of California baseball varsity team during his early days. The Arizona Diamondbacks then selected Carroll in the first round of the 2019 Major League Baseball draft. He made his professional debut with the Arizona League Diamondbacks soon after. On August 8, he was promoted to the Hillsboro Hops after batting .291 with two home runs, 14 RBIs, and 16 stolen bases in 31 games.

Carroll was also a member of the 2018 COPABE Pan-American Championships' gold-winning USA 18U National Team. Carroll became the first rookie in Major League history to have 50 stolen bases and 25 home runs in a single season on September 20, 2023. Carroll was selected for the All-Star in 2023 for his astounding performances.
