As one of the top baseball players in the league right now, Freddie Freeman's time with his family can often be fleeting. Although the Dodgers star is on the road for more than a hundred days per year, he makes a point of spending quality time with family.
In a recent story posted to her Instagram, Freeman's wife Chelsea showed off a new wagon that the family purchased to help transport their three young boys. On account of owning the wagon, Chelsea claimed that owning the blue wagon makes her "feel like we are a real travel baseball family now."
Married in 2014, Freddie and Chelsea Freeman have been romantically involved since 2011. They first met when Freeman was a fresh-faced Atlanta Braves rookie and Chelsea was attending the University of Central Florida.
Now they are parents to three boys: seven-year old Charlie, and two three-year olds named Brandon and Maximus. Now that the family own a wagon, the transportation process appears to have been streamlined, to an extent.
While the two younger boys are still in their toddler stages, Charlie has taken an active role as his father's superfan, and often features on his mother's social media. In March, Charlie accompanied Chelsea to Seoul, to watch his father's team take on the San Diego Padres in the first-ever MLB Seoul Series.

Now in his third season as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Freddie Freeman continues to put up some serious numbers. After finishing third-overall in NL MVP voting last season, the first baseman is currently hitting .298/.409/.496 with 10 home runs and 43 RBIs.
Freddie Freeman provides foundation of leadership for Dodgers
Although the Dodgers continue to have a good season, the loss of Mookie Betts, who recently went down with a broken wrist, will sting. Recently, Freeman spoke to the Southern California News Group:
“We have a lot of good guys in this group, a lot of veteran guys. A lot of us have been on teams that have lost people to injuries. But we’ve got a good group to hold it down.”
As one of the most experienced member of the Dodgers roster, Freeman's experience will become even more valuable as he seeks to provide some leadership to this highly talented, yet ailing team.
