Now well into her thirties, Kate Upton is as relevant in the fashion world as ever. In a recent flurry of stories shared on her personal Instagram account, Upton gave her followers a sneak peek of her latest project for Sports Illustrated. Upton wore a swimsuit by tropic of c, as well as a pair of earrings from Maria Tash.

Born in Michigan and raised in Florida, Kate Upton caught the eye of modeling agencies early on. As a 16-year-old in 2008, Upton attended a casting call in Miami and was signed by Elite Model Management the very same day.

Over the course of her career, Upton has ascended to become one of the most widely-known models. She has modeled for GQ, Vanity Fair, Elle, and Vogue among others.

Upton also keeps things busy on the personal front.

In 2014, Upton began dating current Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander. By 2016, the pair were engaged and were wed in Tuscany, Italy in late 2017, just days after her husband's Astros defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers to win the World Series.

In 2018, the pair welcomed their daughter, Genevieve. In addition to her responsibilities with her growing family, Upton has also dipped her toes into the business world. Last year, she partnered with Vosa Spirits, a canned cocktail manufacturer based in her home state of Michigan.

Kate Upton knows how to juggle it all

Although injuries have limited Justin Verlander to just ten starts this season, the 41-year-old is still an active MLB player. In addition to her own work, her husband's demanding schedule traveling with the Houston Astros takes a toll. As Upton told SI last month:

"Being a baseball wife is absolutely insane. This schedule is wild. It's so long. I didn't know. ... I accidentally fell in love. I had no idea, there's how many games? I was like wait, I thought this was a cute summer thing. It's baseball season. This is eight months, they're doing 162 games, no consecutive off days, only Mondays and Thursdays."

The leader of a busy life, judging by Kate Upton's enthusiasm, she would not have it any other way.
