Luis Castillo of Panama has made one of the best catches in World Baseball Classic history. The Panamanian outfielder crashed into his teammate and the wall to rob what was a certain extra base hit.

While Tito Polo may have taken a poor route to the ball and had to turn around a few times, all that matters is the catch. He may have made it a little more difficult on himself, but the sight of him sprawling through the air to catch the ball over his head is incredible.

Simply put, this grab by Luis Castillo is as improbable as they come. The ball was tailing away from him and he had both the outfield wall and his fellow outfielder to watch out for. None of that mattered, even with a five-run lead. The outfielder crashed into both and somehow managed to secure the ball.

Adam Jones robbed Manny Machado, who will lead the Dominican Republic again this year, of a home run in 2017 at the WBC. The former Baltimore Orioles outfielder leapt as high as possible and snatched the ball from the stands and the souvenir-hungry fans.
