The Houston Astros are coming off a disappointing loss as their Wild Card Round did not end well against the Detroit Tigers. The Stros were swept by the Tigers and their postseason dreams were shattered as they failed to progress to the ALDS.

Despite having a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning, Houston fell short as they gave up five runs to the Tigers. The AL West Division winners were eliminated from the postseason. Fans were upset about their loss as they can only wait for next year to watch their team play again.

The Astros have a postseason drink named "Electric Haderade." The drink contains lemonade, blue curacao, tequila, sprite and a tajín rim with a cherry and lime garnish. The franchise had made it to the ALCS for seven straight years and having a postseason drink made sense.

However, this time, their swift playoff exit had no use for the drink. Fans took to social media to troll the team for their postseason drink.

Here's a look at some of the fan reactions on X.

"A better name would be the 'absolutely blue it'," wrote one fan.
"And it implodes before you drink it, causing a huge mess. Just like when Hader pitches," another fan responded.
"Too bad it won't be available long," one fan chimed in.

Comments continued to flow as fans expressed their disappointment.

"Sounds absolutely disgusting," added one fan.
"Does it come with its own trash can to bang too?" asked another fan.
"Ah the Cancun approach, they can drink that themselves now," one fan chipped in.

Josh Hader's struggle was partly the reason for Astros loss

The Astros' offense kicked up late in the game, but Josh Hader's struggle was partly the reason for their loss. Hader was just one out away from helping his team, but he failed to do so as the Tigers smashed his ball to their advantage.

Hader surrendered a base-clearing double to Andy Ibanez in the top of the eighth inning. The Tigers took a 5-2 lead and retained their score to defeat Houston. Spencer Torkelson's walk made it worse as Ibanez smashed a hit to left field. Hunter Brown pitched well for the team but Hader failed to save his classy performance.
