Aaron Judge's otherworldly season is generating a lot of interest about his personal life from fans, who are beginning to ask questions about past relationships.
As the saying goes, behind every great star is a companion. In Judge's case, it is his parents and his wife, who he always speaks highly of.
Judge met Samantha Bracksieck while they were still both attending Linden High School in Linden, California. Judge was a star football and baseball prospect at the school. She then earned a master's degree in kinesiology from Fresno State, where Judge also attended.
"A throwback can’t get much better than this one of Aaron Judge and his now wife Samantha Bracksieck back in college," Talkin Yanks tweeted.
Although the couple were scheduled to be wedded much sooner, the COVID-19 pandemic delayed their plans. The wedding between Aaron and Samantha finally came to pass in Hawaii in December 2021.
Although Aaron Judge and his girlfriend have been in and out of each other's lives since well before he played for the New York Yankees, there might have been times when the pause button was pressed on the relationship.
In 2017, Judge was thought to be dating New Jersey native Jen Flaum. Flaum was first spotted with Judge at Arthur Ashe Stadium watching the 2017 U.S. Open, just yards from Citi Field, where the New York Mets play.
AJudge and Flaum were seen together a handful of times between mid-2017 and November of that year, when the two reportedly called it quits on their short-lived romance.
The following year, Judge was reportedly involved with a woman named Britt Hodges. Hodges is an old high school contact of Judge's from California. In 2018, the New York post ran a story about Hodges and Judge going on a date following a victory against the Toronto Blue Jays.
"Giancarlo Stanton and Aaron Judge were at the New York City Marathon today supporting Judge’s wife!" Talkin Yanks tweeted.
Aaron Judge is back with the one he got it all started with
Although Judge made full use of his status as one of the most eligible bachelors in New York City, he eventually came full circle. He and Samantha rekindled their romance in 2019, two years before their marriage. In 2022, when he hit his record-setting 62nd home run of the year, Samantha Bracksieck was there cheering with his parents as he rounded the bases.
