Free agent third baseman Alex Bregman of the Houston Astros will become a father for the second time, and his wife Reagan is keeping her fans updated about her pregnancy. Bregman's wife Reagan recently shared her workout routine, which she keeps quite light in her current circumstances.
Reagan shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram story, where she's donning a white top and black gym pants, with headphones over her head and a tumbler in one of her hands. She also spread out a wholesome message for all the pregnant women out there:
"My workouts this pregnancy have been so different than last pregnancy. I've really been taking it slow, focusing on low impact movement, pelvic floor & mobility. And just taking it easy this pregnancy in general. Let me know if you want to see them," Reagan captioned the Instagram story.
Reagan and Alex Bregman got engaged back in 2020 and tied the knot in the same year in December. Less than two years later, Reagan became a mother for the first time to her son, Knox Samuel, on August 1, 2022. The couple has decided to raise their kids in Houston, where Alex and Reagan spent their childhood.

Reagan Bregman is spreading useful information with her fellow pregnant women and talking about her food cravings. She recently shared an observation on her evolving taste buds during her current situation, and how she's started to like things that she never did before.
On Sunday, she shared an Instagram story where she posted a picture from Ingo's Tasty Food, and talked about her cravings for burgers and meat, which she disliked before her pregnancy. Reagan also stated that she had the same feeling when she was pregnant with her son, Knox.
"Finally at the stage in pregnancy where I’m craving burgers," she wrote, tagging Ingo’s Tasty Food and praising their burgers. "Same time as my first pregnancy—I go from hating meat at the beginning to craving it," she captioned the I.G story.
Reagan Bregman is a successful entrepreneur, as she is the founder of Exiza, a Houston-based ethical athletic brand. Moreover, she also worked as a sales representative at Google and Oracle.
