Alex Bregman's wife Reagan soaks in sweet afternoon strolls with 2x All-Star & son Knox with go-to beverage in hand

Alex Bregman and his wife Reagan Elizabeth are spending some quality time together and their son Knox during the ongoing MLB offseason. While Bregman will be hopeful of ending his free agency stint soon, he seems to be enjoying his off days with his loved ones at home in Houston, Texas.

Bregman's wife is highly active on social media and shares moments with him and their son on social media. In her latest Instagram story, she shared some snapshots from a relaxing afternoon stroll with her husband and kid.

The captions on the images read:

The story showcased Alex Bregman pushing the cycle stroller in one image, while in another Reagan was seen enjoying a cup of cold coffee. The last two images showed the family's stop at a Cookie store and Knox's gleeful reaction after returning home from an afternoon stroll.

Bregman, a two-time All-Star, met Reagan in 2017 in a group dinner in Houston. He proposed her while the duo were on a snowy retreat to Aspen, Colorado, in January 2020.

They married 10 months later amid the COVID-19 pandemic restictions on Dec. 5, 2020. The couple welcomed their first child Knox Samuel on Aug. 1, 2022, and are now expecting their second child in 2025. They made their pregnancy announcement in October 2024.

Reagan took to social media on Sunday to talk about her pregnancy cravings. She shared a snap of a cold beverage and some takeout food alongside a caption that read:

"@ingostastyfood I love you and your burgers 🤤 Finally at the stage in pregnancy where I am craving burgers. (same time as my first pregnancy) I go from hating meat at the beginning to craving it."

While the couple gear up to embrace parenthood for the second time together, Alex Bregman will be keen to find a new ballclub to play with in 2025 as the spring training season approaches.
