New York Yankees icon Alex Rodriguez sent the internet into a frenzy after posting a nostalgic throwback photo from the 1990s. The snapshot, which took fans by surprise, featured Rodriguez alongside two NFL legends—Atlanta Falcons legend Deion Sanders and Miami Dolphins icon Dan Marino.

A-Rod shared the throwback picture on his Instagram story, where he posed beside Deion Sanders and Dan Marino. He also tagged the legends in the story, and all of them can be seen smiling in each other's presence.

Alex Rodriguez enjoyed an illustrious 22-season MLB career, playing for the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and New York Yankees. Spending a decade in pinstripes, he earned 14 All-Star selections and capped his career with a coveted World Series title in 2009.

On the NFL side of the photo, Deion Sanders dominated the NFL for 14 seasons, winning two Super Bowl rings before transitioning to the sidelines as the head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes.

Meanwhile, Dan Marino carved out a legendary 17-season run with the Miami Dolphins, earning NFL MVP in 1984 and cementing his legacy as one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2005.
