Alex Rodriguez enjoyed a summer vacation trip along the French-Italian coastline with girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro, both their sets of daughters from previous marriages, his mother Lourdes, and some of his friends. Rodriguez proceeded with sharing some delightful images from the trip, showcasing the fun that ensued along the Mediterranean coast in Europe.

A-Rod's Canadian-born girlfriend is a fitness model and instructor by profession. Her most famous fitness program available online is JACFIT, which is a six-week program to help her clients reduce weight and start living a healthier lifestyle.

During the trip along the Italian coast, she shared an Instagram post showcasing her toned physique while rocking a pink swimsuit against the background of Lake Como.

Jaclyn Cordeiro is strict about her workout regimen and never takes a day off from her exercise routine. This trait is something that she has helped instill in A-Rod as well, for which he always speaks highly of the fitness model. In an exclusive interview with the Post in April, Alex Rodriguez said:

“Everything’s been going good [with us]. Thank God. She’s been a good influence with me. I’ve been working hard and trying to stay in shape, and continuing to try to copy some of her great work ethic and health and wellness practices.”

He further added:

“Just being consistent, which is what I’ve learned from her, has been very helpful. I’ve been training seven days a week. I’ve eliminated a lot of the steak. I was a big steak eater. I used to eat steak probably eight out of 10 days, and now only one or two [days] out of 10 days. And then I do these 45-minute walks after dinner.”

Rodriguez has two daughters, Natasha and Ella, from his previous marriage with Cynthia Scurtis, while Jaclyn Cordeiro also has two daughters, Bella and Savanah, from her previous marriage with Laureano Cordeiro. Both sets of daughters gel well with each other and their family members.
