Alex Rodriguez's girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro is an ardent fitness coach and model. She loves to work out and relay the same positive traits and energy to her clients who are part of one of the two fitness programs founded by the Canadian.

The JACFIT and 5AM Club programs aim at helping many individuals seeking a well-toned physique and the motivation to practice a healthy lifestyle in accomplishing their goals.

She boasts over 135K followers on social media and consistently shares moments from her daily workout routines, business ventures, photoshoots and positive motivational quotes. In her latest social media post from Monday morning, Cordeiro shared a powerful one-liner, which read:

Jaclyn Cordeiro is a single mother of two and shares her daughters, Bella and Savanah, with her ex-partner, Laureano Cordeiro. She supports her daughters in all their endeavors and avidly spends quality time with them. Her daughters also have a good rapport with Alex Rodriguez's daughters, Natasha and Ella.

Along with the girls, "A-Rod" and Jaclyn have celebrated many holidays together and even went on a trip to various Mediterranean coastal cities in Europe together last summer.

Cordeiro and Rodriguez have been dating since 2022 but had initially kept their dating rumors under the wraps until "A-Rod" shared a family picture that included himself, his girls and Jaclyn in December 2022.

Over the years Cordeiro has helped many of her clients reduce weight and flaunt a toned physique, including the New York Yankees legend himself, who had put on some extra weight since retiring from the MLB in 2016. Jaclyn also actively takes part in various women's summits and talks about the art of balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship together.
