Alex Rodriguez's girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro continues to post inspirational quotes for her followers, who follow her fitness content, with some part of her JACFIT and "5 AM" club. JACFIT is a six-week fitness transformation program founded by the fitness trainer.
On Saturday, Cordeiro posted a powerful one-line quote regarding one's fears.
"The fear we don't face become walls," Cordeiro wrote.
This quote conveys a powerful message about how unaddressed fears can become obstacles in life. When someone avoids confronting their fears, they grow stronger and start limiting their potential, like walls that confine them to a smaller space. By facing them head-on, a person can break down these walls.
On Sunday, she posted another powerful quote similar to the last one but with a different message.
"Turn pain into power and trouble into triumph," Cordeiro wrote.
The quote suggests that instead of being defeated by difficult circumstances, a person should use them as fuel to strengthen themselves and propel them forward.
