Originally from Windsor, Canada, Cordeiro studied for a Bachelor of Science and honors in nursing from the University of Windsor before eventually transitioning into the fitness space. The most well-known of her workout plans is JACFIT, a six-week program that provides clients with a comprehensive guide to lose fat and improve overall fitness.

Cordeiro never misses a workout despite her professional commitments. She shared her 'Thursday full-body' workout plan in her most recent social media story, including various exercises to target all sorts of muscle groups.

In a list of seven total exercises, Jaclyn included a 25-minute walk to the gym followed by 30 minutes of stairs to start the workout with some cardio, followed by two sets of 25 pull-ups. Next, she included two sets of 25 jump squats, two sets of 25 push-ups and two sets of 25 reps for clean and press, before finishing with a ten-minute stretch.

Alex Rodriguez met Jaclyn Cordeiro shortly after his split from Jennifer Lopez in 2021. A-Rod has been a professional athlete for almost 22 years while Cordeiro has enthusiasm for fitness.

Following his retirement from baseball in 2016, Rodriguez gained some weight. However, the guidance of Cordeiro helped him shed the extra weight, the former Yankees man said in an interview with the NY Post in September.

Rodriguez talked about how Cordeiro helped him get into a perfect fitness regimen.
