Jaclyn Cordeiro, the girlfriend of former Yankees ace Alex Rodriguez, is an accomplished trainer, motivational speaker, fitness model and more. She actively participates in various roles daily. Despite her busy schedule, she never fails to take care of her two daughters, Bella and Savanah, or skip her workout routine.
Cordeiro leads a healthy, well-organized lifestyle, and she passionately encourages her clients to adopt the same principles for achieving optimal physical and mental results.
She shared an inspirational quote with her 138,000 followers on social media on Saturday, motivating them to prepare for the "best chapter of their life" as the new year draws near:
"You are about to walk in to one of the best chapters of your life. Get ready for it."
Jaclyn Cordeiro has two famous fitness programs: JACFIT and the 5AM Club. The former is a six-week program that helps individuals start eating healthy and lose weight, and the latter is a more disciplinary program designed to help individuals become organized and stick to a schedule religiously.
The fitness instructor even helped Alex Rodriguez shed the extra pounds he had put on since retiring from MLB in 2016.
Alex Rodriguez's girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro gives importance to a well-balanced diet in life
Jaclyn Cordeiro speaks highly of her plant-based diet and, in an interview with Oxygen, reflected on how it helped her improve both mentally and physically.
"The benefits of how I felt were astounding; more energy, able to maintain my ideal weight, quicker (recovery) time from training, resolved digestive issues and bloating and the list goes on," she said.
"I never looked back, it is the best decision I have made for myself to date."
Alex Rodriguez often credits Cordeiro for guiding him toward a healthier lifestyle. In an interview with The Post in April, Rodriguez reflected on how Cordeiro helped him switch to a better diet and healthier habits.
"She’s been a good influence with me. I’ve been working hard and trying to stay in shape, and continuing to try to copy some of her great work ethic and health and wellness practices," Rodriguez said.
