After winning the first of their three-game series 7-6 with the Toronto Blue Jays, the Boston Red Sox started the second game at Fenway Park on Tuesday night in the presence of celebrity chef and restaurateur Gordon Ramsay.

The Red Sox invited Ramsay to throw the ceremonial first pitch before the game. The club shared a clip featuring the 57-year-old chef in a Red Sox t-shirt with the number 03 on its Instagram account.

In the video, Ramsay can be seen throwing the pitch to three-time All-Star pitcher Liam Hendriks. After catching the pitch, the Red Sox pitcher runs toward Ramsay, and they hug before leaving the field.

Several fans reacted to the clip in the comments section, with many ridiculing the way Ramsay threw the pitch:

“Bro needs some pitching lessons,” a fan said.
“Dodgers gonna sign him for 2 billion,” another fan said.
“An Angel Hernandez strike,” another fan wrote.

More fan reactions continued with some discussing the celebrity chef's recent bike accident:

“I’m surprised bro could throw after the bike incident,” one comment read.
“Bro got into an awful bike accident and can still do this. Built Different,” another comment read.
“I’m starting to realize how hard it is for uncoordinated people to throw a ball athletically,” one fan wrote.
