In late December, Pittsburgh Pirates hitter Andrew McCutchen and his two sons, Armani and Steel, were featured in an Instagram post by photographer Kalea Chevalier.

"boy picture😎" the Instagram post was captioned.

Andrew's wife, Maria McCutchen, also reacted to the adorable photos, re-sharing the post to her Instagram story on Sunday, as she expressed her love for the trio.

Per numerous sources, Andrew and Maria first crossed paths at PNC Park, the home of the Pittsburgh Pirates, back in 2009. The pair dated for a few years, before Andrew McCutchen popped the big question in December of 2013.

The two eventually got married in a ceremony that took place in Andrew's hometown of Fort Meade, Florida, in 2014. The couple currently has four kids together.

Andrew McCutchen's wife Maria shares adorable Christmas family photos

On December 27, five-time All-Star Andrew McCutchen's wife, Maria, took to Instagram to share a series of snaps, featuring her husband and children, as the McCutchen household enjoyed the holidays.

"Christmas Eve is always my favorite day. Armani’s birthday, baking cookies with our babies, family dinner and candlelight church service❤️🕯️ the best." Maria McCutchen captioned her Instagram post

On the field, the 2024 season was one to forget for the Pittsburgh Pirates, as they finished the regular season with a 76-86 record, leaving them at the foot of the NL Central table. For McCutchen, on an individual level, though he did manage to hit twenty home runs, the 38-year-old struggled for consistency at the plate. He finished with a .232 batting average, a slightly underwhelming return as compared to the 2013 NL MVP's otherwise lofty standards.

For now, McCutchen can afford to take his mind away from the field, focusing instead on making the most of the downtime with his wife and children before gearing up to go again in the new season.
