Everyone gets caught up with Monday Blues and it's no different in the case of Oakland Athletics pitcher Luis Severino's wife Rosmaly Frechel, who has to drag herself to the gym for intense workout. Despite being a mother of four, Rosmaly takes time to stay fit while encouraging her followers to prioritize their health and embrace the grind of staying active.

On Monday, Frechel posted what everyone has to overcome, which is to work out after the weekend.

In her Instagram post, Rosmaly captioned her video with a motivational message:

“The first step is always getting up… the second is making it to the gym! 💪✨”

She also included her workout breakdown. The video shows Rosmaly giving it her all, with a trainer pushing her to complete “more and more reps” as she jokingly remarks, “She’s killing me!”

Here’s Rosmaly’s Leg Day Routine:

  1. Front Squats: 15 reps x 4 sets
  2. Leg Extension (Quadriceps Machine): 15 reps x 4 sets
  3. Leg Press: 15 reps x 4 sets
  4. Deadlifts: 15 reps x 4 sets
  5. Glute Kickbacks: 15 reps x 4 sets
  6. Glute Hyperextensions: 20 reps x 4 sets

Rosmaly works out at AG Personal Trainers, which is in Tampa, Florida.

Meanwhile, Severino, her husband, signed a franchise record $67 million deal over three years with the Oakland Athletics. He will be in action this spring training.

On Saturday, Rosmaly Frechel also hit the gym hard, engaging herself in an intense workout while also inspiring followers with what she believes is needed to be successful.

"Discipline, Drive and Determination. That's all you need to succeed," the video she posted said.

The Athletics star's wife also posted inspiring messages in the caption:

"Today’s effort is tomorrow’s success. Don't stop, Saturday counts too!. ” ............................................................................................. Saturday motivation: Make today the day you push your limits and set the tone for the week ahead ✨"

In the video, she can be seen engaging with different fitness equipment to keep herself fit.

Rosmaly has been showcasing her dedication to fitness of late, actively sharing her fitness routines with her followers.
