Blake Snell, Bobby Miller and Kike Hernandez attended Saturday's UFC 311 at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. Headlined by a lightweight title fight between Islam Makhachev and Renato Moicano, the PVV had a bantamweight title fight between Merab Dvalishvili and Umar Nurmagomedov in the co-main event.

Snell, who recently signed a five-year, $182,000,000 deal with the LA Dodgers, was pleased to watch the UFC event live, as evidenced by his Instagram story from last night.

Snell posted a snap of the Octagon taken just before the main card opener between Kevin Holland and Reinier de Ridder, the former two-division champion at ONE.

"Thank You," Snell captioned the post tagging Dana White, the UFC CEO.

Incidentally, MMA Gods seemed to repay Snell for his gesture toward the UFC CEO. After Snell's Instagram story, the Dodgers ace saw the next three fights end spectacularly. Holland tapped out to de Ridder in the first round, while the next bout saw Jailton Almeida secure a ground-and-pound finish over Sergei Spivak.

The third fight, the featured bout of the PPV, saw the battle between two former light heavyweight champions, Jamahal Hill and Jiri Prochazka, which the latter won via TKO in the third and final round.

Blake Snell drops 3-word reaction before UFC 311 main event

In the co-main event of UFC 311, the underdog champion Merab Dvalishvili defeated Umar Nurmagomedov via unanimous decision. Though it was the only main card fight that ended in a decision, the high-level MMA acumen of the Georgian champion and the Russian challenger made it interesting.

The co-main event laid the foundation for the main event between pound-for-pound king Islam Makhachev and No. 10 ranked Renato Moicano, who replaced the original challenger Arman Tsarukyan a day before the fight.

Before the contest began, Blake Snell shared a video on Instagram with a three-word caption.

"It's go time," Snell wrote.

The video shared by Snell was the final moments of Bruce Buffer's introduction of Makhachev. Like the first three fights of the PPV main card, the main event ended in a finish.

After brief striking exchanges between Makhachev and Moicano, the former took the fight to the ground, his bread and butter. Even though Moicano did enough to stay safe, a moment of lapse by the challenger saw the champion sink in a brabo choke, forcing the Brazilian fighter to tap.
