Nestor Cortes Jr. and his wife Alondra are having fun in Jamaica, as the couple are expecting the birth of their first child. Cortes Jr. and Alondra Russy, who have been together since November 2015, both hail from Cuba.
However, Alondra's family moved to Miami, Florida when she was quite young, and the same happened with Nestor Cortes Jr.'s family, who moved to Hialeah, Florida.
Alondra Esteras Russy shared multiple clips and pictures on Instagram from their trip to Jamaica, amidst her pregnancy. She shared pictures of the exotic food, her baby bump, their dancing videos and the couple having fun at the beach.
She shared two Instagram posts, wherein the first one, she announced that they're currently in Jamaica.
"Babymoon Jamaica," she wrote in the caption.
Then in the second post, she uploaded more pictures and videos of their trip.
"Pt. 2 Babymoon," she wrote in the caption.
After dating for more than eight years, the couple decided to tie the knot in November 2023. They have continued to live with their family members in Florida and also some time in New York City, while Cortes Jr. was playing for the New York Yankees.
However, Nestor Cortes Jr. was traded last month in December 2024 to the Milwaukee Brewers.

The couple is expecting a baby boy sometime in 2025. The big news broke with a gender reveal video shared last week on Instagram.
Decked out in chic all-white outfits, the couple couldn’t hide their excitement as a cloud of blue smoke swirled in the background, announcing the arrival of their baby boy.
"Baby Cortes Coming Soon," Alondra Russy wrote in the caption.
There were messages of love and support from the wives of Cortes' former Yankees teammates, as Ashley Rodón, Sheila King, Rosmaly Severino and Tiffany Ramirez all chimed in the comments section, showing the strong bonds of friendship the couple formed during their time in New York.
Nestor Cortes Jr. will don a Brewers jersey in the upcoming 2025 season, after finishing last season as runners-up in the World Series to the LA Dodgers.
Cortes posted a win-loss record of 9-10 with a stat line of 3.77 ERA, 162 Ks and a 1.15 WHIP for the Yankees last season after starting in 30 of 31 games played.
