Bryce Harper shows his support for $6.6B Eagles ahead of NFC Divisional Round clash vs Rams

Philadelphia Phillies superstar Bryce Harper made it clear where his allegiance lie when it comes to the NFL. The two-time MVP has continued to cement himself as a true Philly sports icon, endearing himself to multiple fanbases in the city, including the Philadelphia Eagles.

The eight-time All-Star took to social media to give a shout to the Philadelphia Eagles ahead of their NFC Divisional Round matchup against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

While it's unclear who the majority of NFL fans will be cheering for on Sunday afternoon, Bryce Harper will be rocking the Eagles' green as the team looks to win their second Super Bowl title in the past 10 years.

The Phillies slugger has been a thoughtful player throughout his career, especially after his move from the Washington Nationals, however, he kept his social media shoutout short and sweet. The clip that the Phillies shared comes from a video that Harper shared on his TikTok account earlier this week, showing the star take on the role of barista before giving props to the Eagles.

"Go Birds! Thank you and have a good day. Go Birds," Harper posted on his social media.

The Philadelphia Eagles are ranked as the eighth most valuable NFL franchise with a $6.6 billion evaluation, according to Forbes. The NFC East juggernaut will be looking to keep pushing toward another title, which could see its value continue to climb. Compared to the Eagles, the Los Angeles Rams are second with a $7.6 billion evaluation.

Bryce Harper will not be the only MLB superstar rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday. One of the biggest Eagles fans in MLB happens to also be linked to the Phillies in a number of trade rumors: Mike Trout.

The Los Angeles Angels superstar is a diehard Eagles fan and has constantly been seen rocking the team's jersey at games.

Bryce Harper, who actually grew up a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, announced in a commercial for Sunday Night Football in 2023 that after moving to Philadelphia was he enamored by the Eagles and their fanbase. While he may always have a soft spot for the Cowboys, Harper continues to actively root for the Eagles.
