Bally Sports app is currently the source of many MLB games. It has been for a while as they took over for FOX Sports' regional channels with sports broadcasts. Now, another service could be taking over with Diamond Sports, the company's parent, facing bankruptcy.
For now, some MLB games are available on the Bally app, but not all of them. Even the teams that are broadcast on the live Bally affiliate might not be on the app.

This service also isn't free. It costs $20 a month to subscribe to the service or $190 a year. This gives access to a lot of sports and has baseball, basketball and hockey, with 16 NBA teams and 12 NHL teams being accessible.
What MLB games can I watch on Bally Sports?
Right now, the only teams the Bally Sports app currently has, according to TV Answer Man, are Kansas City, Detroit, Miami, Milwaukee and Tampa Bay. The Texas Rangers, Atlanta Braves, Cleveland Guardians, San Diego Padres, Arizona Diamondbacks, Cincinnati Reds, Minnesota Twins, St. Louis Cardinals, and Los Angeles Angels are not on the app.

Diamond Sports wants to get more teams on the app, but they're facing bankruptcy. If they go under, they won't have any teams. Eventually, all MLB teams with Bally could be forced to move somewhere else.
For the time being, there are games available, so it is worth subscribing to if you want to watch one of the five teams mentioned above. If not, then it might be best to look elsewhere.
