Major League Baseball legend Alex Rodriguez has been dating Jaclyn Cordeiro since 2022.

Cordeiro, a fitness instructor and wellness coach from Canada, founded Jacfit, a six-week program designed to help people achieve their health goals. She has a strong social media presence, with 138k followers on Instagram, where she frequently shares health tips for her fans.

On Sunday, Cordeiro took to her Instagram account to share motivational words with her followers:
