Carlos Rodon's wife Ashley gushes about 'late night gym' sessions with Yankees pitcher

Carlos Rodon and his wife are enjoying the MLB offseason, which gives them a little more time to spend together. Despite that, Rodon is still staying in the gym to remain in shape for the 2025 season. He won't have to report to the team until February, but he wants to keep his fitness up.

His wife Ashley joined him recently for an escapade late at night. She is fairly active on social media and has over 11,000 followers. On Sunday night, she shared with those followers a look at what she and Carlos were up to in the gym.

She captioned it:

"Love late nights at the gym with just us 🥰"

Ashley also added a heart emoji to show off her feelings about spending some quality time working out with the New York Yankees pitcher. Rodon was instrumental to New York's World Series run last season.

One offseason after signing a massive, six-year, $162 million contract with the Yankees, Rodon and his wife are hard at work trying to make sure he stays in good shape to have another good season in 2025.

Being the wife of an MLB pitcher means a share of the spotlight will be on someone. That is even more true when said pitcher plays for the New York Yankees as Carlos Rodon does.

Despite that pressure, his wife Ashley said, via SI, that it's "fun" being part of the team. She specifically referenced Gerrit Cole's wife Amy as a big reason. Amy is also Brandon Crawford's sister.

Rodon said:

"Gerrit Cole's wife, Amy, has probably become one of my best friends on the team, just because, naturally, you know how it is, like 'pitcher's wives.'"

She continued:

"We sit together every game, and that's probably made it one of the more special parts of this all, it's like I've got my buddy next to me every day and it's fun. I've probably never had this much fun with baseball. It's been really great."

While their husbands are on the field trying to pitch the Yankees to a win, the wives are sitting back enjoying each other's company.
