Cody Bellinger's wife, Chase, recently took time off from family responsibilities to spend time with her friends. She went on a girls' night out with Landin Berryman and Ciera Nottingham.
Landin is the fiancee of Texas Rangers pitcher Patrick Murphy, while Ciera Nottingham is engaged to Seattle Mariners catcher Jacob Nottingham. On Sunday, Ciera shared glimpses of their quality time, which Landin also reposted on Instagram.
She tagged both Landin and Chase in her story, along with a heart emoji. The three can be seen sitting on a couch near a table with drinks, enjoying their evening at a dimly lit restaurant.
Chase is wearing a fitted, long-sleeved black top tucked into high-waisted blue jeans with a belt. She is slightly leaning toward Ciera, who is wearing a cream-colored dress with a graphic pattern.
On the far left, Landin is seen in a black cropped top with a sleeveless design and a black skirt.
Cody Bellinger and wife Chase are proud parents to two daughters
Cody Bellinger and his wife, Chase, began dating in July 2020 and welcomed their first child, a daughter, the following year.
The couple named their first daughter Caiden Carter Bellinger and expanded their family in 2023 with the arrival of another daughter, Cy Carter Bellinger. Cody and Chase are very proud of their daughters.
In the past, Cody Bellinger has openly shared his excitement about being a girl dad before Caiden was born (via People.com):
“I've heard nothing but good things about having a little girl, especially with being the father of the girl. Everyone tells me there's no love like it. 'Daddy's little girl' is a real thing so I'm super excited."
In February, Bellinger signed a three-year, $80 million contract with the Chicago Cubs. He concluded the 2024 season with a .266 batting average and a .751 OPS. Following the season in December, the Cubs traded Bellinger to the New York Yankees in exchange for Cody Poteet.
