Seager stated that he feels great and should be ready to go for spring training. The first full team workout is scheduled for February 17, just over three weeks from now.

Seager has been hard at work in the gym and the cages. He was recently joined by his wife Madisyn during one of his recent batting practice sessions.

"Love our routine of working out/hitting together. Offseason flies by so we enjoy every last second together!" said Madisyn.

While Seager was hard at work putting barrels on baseballs, Madisyn was putting in work on the treadmill. The couple are enjoying every minute they have together until the long and grueling MLB season kicks off.

Texas Rangers shortstop Corey Seager is considered one of the best in the game. He has an excellent glove and a tremendous arm that helps him make accurate throws on a line from deep.

MLB has come out with their positional ranking ahead of the 2025 season, and Seager was high on their list. He has been named the second-best shortstop in all of baseball, right behind Baltimore Orioles slugger Gunnar Henderson. Francisco Lindor was ranked third, Bobby Witt Jr. was ranked fourth and Mookie Betts rounded out the top five.

As he is reportedly feeling healthy, this could be a year where fans will want to pay close attention to Seager. He could really turn up the heat if he can stay on the field and off the injured list.
