The New York Yankees bounced back with a huge 15-3 win in the second game of their series against the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday, giving fans plenty to celebrate on social media.

While their offence has come under severe scrutiny recently, several big names in their lineup contributed to the score. With four Yankees home runs on the night, slugger Aaron Judge recorded a three-run moonshot to silence doubters, prompting numerous reactions from NY fans.

"Damn what a blowout win," wrote one fan on Twitter. "Brewers are washed," added another.
"Bronx Bombers," one user wrote.
"Sorry we had to do it to y'all," added another fan.
"Finally!" wrote one user.

After some disappointing results against the Oakland Athletics earlier in the week, which saw them split the four-game series, the Yankees were still struggling to regain the top spot in their division. Hence, their close 7-6 loss to the Brewers in their opening game on Friday left fans concerned.

However, they responded to the defeat with a 15-3 blowout win, which saw five New York hitters go big. Alex Verdugo started the scoring with a three-run blast in the first inning while Gleyber Torres and Oswaldo Cabrera both contributed RBIs in the fifth.

Aaron Judge then blasted a three-run homer of his own, followed by Anthony Rizzo's two-run moonshot. Gaincarlo Stanton then wrapped up the 15-3 win with New York's third three-run homer of the night.

Yankees starter Carlos Rodon puts on a strong performance against the Brewers

Carlos Rodon recorded a solid night of work as he contained the Milwaukee Brewers to a single run in six innings, helping the New York Yankees record a statement win. The pitcher gave up a single-run homer to Rhys Hoskins in the first and a leadoff double to Joey Ortiz in the sixth, but the rest of his night was almost flawless. The left-handed pitcher is 2-1 this season with a 2.70 ERA after Saturday's win.
