Tanner Scott had more than one piece of news to celebrate Sunday evening. One of the most highly sought-after free agent relievers, Scott, agreed a four-year, $72 million deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Scott will join his former teammate Evan Phillips and his wife Elizabeth, who's "besties with" Maddie Scott. The second news for the celebration was his wife Maddie's 26th birthday. On Sunday, Scott posted five photos involving the couple's son Bo and wrote:
"Happy Birthday to Bo & Otis’s Momma! We love you so much! Thank you for everything you do! "
The post involved pictures of Maddie's adorable photos with their son, who was born on September 26, 2023. One photo was from the couple's appearance on 2024 MLB All-Star red carpet, while one other photo was of Bo and Maddie from the stands of a baseball park.
Tanner Scott family creates lovely memories with Bo in his first baseball season
The season was almost done when Maddie gave birth to Bo Alexander in September 2023. Therefore, the 2024 season marked the first season of the newborn, and the Scott couple made sure he enjoyed every bit of it.
Following the completion of season in October, when Tanner Scott's San Diego Padres went the distance with the Dodgers till Game 5 before getting shut down, Maddies shared a series of photos, from Bo's time in baseball field.
The reliever started the season with the Miami Marlins, where Bo attended his first baseball game in LoanDepot Park. He even visited his father's locker room. Scott made his first All-Star game appearance and had his son Bo along with his parents, rocking the red carpet in Texas.
Then at the deadline, Scott was traded to the Padres, as the family shifted locations. Bo made it to Petco Park, enjoying several games, as his father went on to save 22 games as a closer.
"Bo’s first baseball season ✔️No words to describe the fun we had ♥️" Maddie wrote in the caption.
With the Tanner Scott family heading to Chavez Ravine, expect Bo to deliver more such adorable moments in the coming season.
