Rockies shortstop Ezequiel Tovar has been happily married to the love of his life, Laura Nadales for three years. The couple celebrated their third wedding anniversary on Tuesday. Tovar and Nadales hail from Maracay, Venezuelam and have been togther since high school.
The duo continued to date each other even after Tovar moved to America to sign with the Rockies as an international free agent in 2017. He spent five years in the minor leagues before making his MLB debut at Coors Field in 2022.
On Tuesday, Ezequiel Tovar took to social media to pen a heartfelt note for his wife, Laura, on their third wedding anniversary. The post read (as translated to English):

Tovar dated Luara for a few years before getting married in their hometown Maracay, Venezuela, in January 2022. They are parents to a son, whom they named Luciano. His birth was even more special for Tovar, as Luciano was born on Father's Day (June 18) in 2023.

The family of three reside in Denver, Colorado, where Ezequiel Tovar has been playing professional baseball with the Rockies since 2022. He registered one of the best seasons of his MLB career last year, winning a gold glove award for his defensive productions at the shortstop position in the infield.
Tovar attended the 2024 Rawlings gold glove award ceremony, which aired on ESPN in November 2024, alongside his loved ones, including his wife, Laura Nadales.
