Team Mexico debuted some new colors in their World Baseball Classic game against Team Great Britain at the Chase Field Stadium in Phoenix, Arizona. They changed from their usual red, green and white, and adopted a baby blue and white combination.
The jersey wasn't well received by baseball fans, who criticized the color combination.
Many fans concluded that there was a close resemblance to other international and club team jerseys.
However, some fans had a more positive outlook.
The game between the two teams is crucial as they look to advance to the next round. The Latin Americans are playing their third game and are looking for their second win. Team Great Britain, on the other hand, are playing their final game in Pool C and are looking to finish with a .500 record.
At the time of writing, Mexico lead by a solitary run at the end of the seventh.

Mexico's last outing in Pool C will be their game against Team Canada. If they are able to hold onto the win against Team Great Britain and subsequently win their game tomorrow, they will top their group on head-to-head.
There's a lot left to play for in the pool as Team Colombia will take on the hosts Team USA in the evening game tomorrow.
