On Tuesday, she shared an Instagram reel where she uploaded a montage of her working out during her pregnancy. In the post's caption, she also shared how important it is to embrace every stage of motherhood, as it strengthens every mother for the better.

Katia also dove into how pregnancy changes a mother's body in a good and bad way, but at the same time, it's important to cherish every moment of this period.

"These changes can challenge our mood and self-esteem, but they also teach us to be resilient and value our strength," Katia wrote. "Embracing each version of ourselves is essential: accepting our scars, honoring our evolution, and loving ourselves with compassion.

"Loving each stage isn't always realistic (I haven't always done it), but if we achieve it, it not only strengthens us, but also inspires our children to value their own authenticity. Motherhood is not perfection; It is a journey of transformation, full of challenges, beauty and learning."

Katia's caption was so moving that Detroit Tigers shortstop Javier Baez's spouse, Irmarie, dropped a five-word reaction in the comments section of the Instagram post.
