Francisco Lindor is a professional baseball player for the New York Mets and is married to Katia Lindor. The star shortstop has been able to spend time at home with Katia and their two children in the offseason, while a third child is on the way.

Katia Lindor is one of the co-hosts of the "Un-A-Parent Podcast," and often shares insights and tips about motherhood. That was the case on Saturday in a video shared on Instagram.

Katia Lindor has often commented about how great of a father Francisco Lindor is, but in this clip, she discusses her new approach to motherhood.

"Change the narrative: Words have power. Let's change the way we talk about motherhood and childbirth. There is nothing more natural in this world, and fear has no place here. 💪," Katia Lindor said (translated from Spanish). "View motherhood with less fearful eyes."

Lindor discusses with her co-host that fear is not an emotion a mother should have and that is how she is approaching having her third child. Francisco and Katia have two daughters, Kalina (4) and Amapola (1).

Lindor helped guide the New York Mets to the NLCS in 2024 and was the top-hitting contributor on that team. Lindor is a four-time All-Star who has hit 248 home runs and hit for a .274 batting average in his MLB career.

Last season, he finished second in the NL MVP voting behind Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani's legendary season.

On Saturday, Katia showed her daughter Kalina working on her gymnastics skills while Amapola was playing in the background. She also provided a caption on the Instagram story and comments on how well her daughter is progressing.

“My lil self-taught gymnast. She is so persistent and will keep trying something until she accomplishes it! She started attempting the cartwheel when she was 2.5 years old and by the time she was 3, she managed to somewhat do it.” -Katia Lindor IG caption

Francisco and his wife will soon welcome their third child, while the All-Star player will be back with the New York Mets in the 2025 season.
