On Sunday, New York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor's wife, Katia Reguero, took to Instagram to post an adorable snap featuring her youngest daughter, Amapola, as she adorably acted as an 'alarm clock.'

"Who needs an alarm clock when you can get a little finger poked in your nostril instead" Katia Reguero humorously captioned her Instagram story.

Per numerous reports, Francisco Lindor and Katia Reguero first contacted each other on Instagram. Eventually, after dating for a few years, they decided to go forward with their wedding in 2021.

With Lindor currently playing with the New York Mets, the couple reside in the Big Apple, along with their two daughters, Kalina and Amapola. The couple also recently announced that they are expecting their third child together.

On Sunday, New York Mets superstar Francisco Lindor's wife, Katia Reguero, took to Instagram to share a series of cute snaps, as she attended Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe's wedding with her husband.

"My forever wedding date ❣️" Katia Reguero captioned her Instagram post.

On the diamond, Francisco Lindor had a superb 2024, finishing the regular season with a .273 batting average, 33 home runs and 91 RBIs. Going through a rough few months to start the season, both the Mets and Lindor showed great improvement in the second half of the season. They made it to the playoffs after splitting a double header against the Atlanta Braves on the final day of the regular season.

Lindor's brilliance was deservedly rewarded, as he won his fourth career Silver Slugger award while also being voted as the second most valuable NL player for the 2024 campaign, finishing behind Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani.

It was in the playoffs where the Mets truly shined, though, as they eliminated the Milwaukee Brewers and Philadelphia Phillies to make it to the NLCS for the first time since 2015. Unfortunately, that's as far as they would go, as the Dodgers, who eventually won the World Series, eliminated Lindor and his team to claim the pennant.
