Francisco Lindor's wife sends 2-word response to the Mets superstar for heartfelt compliment

Francisco Lindor has been married to Katia since December 2023. The couple has two daughters, Kalina Zoe and Amapola Chloe, and are expecting a third child.

Lindor shared an Instagram story on Tuesday of a snap from a romantic date with his wife. The New York Mets superstar praised Katia's beauty in the story's caption.

Lindor's wife responded to the compliment with a two-word response via her Instagram story. The caption by Katia in Spanish translates to "I love you" in English.

"Te amo," Katia wrote.

Lindor's caption had three smiling faces with hearts emojis, while Katia complemented her caption with two faces blowing kisses emojis.

Katia has been a constant during the Mets' postseason run that ended in the NLCS against the LA Dodgers. As expected, she was also the biggest supporter of Lindor's NL MVP claim, which went unanimously to Shohei Ohtani.

Katia is also close with the wives of other MLB stars. Kike Hernandez's wife, Mariana, and Sean Manaea's spouse, Talat, are among her closest friends in the MLB circle.

On Saturday, Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe married Anna Spencer in an event attended by several MLB stars and their spouses. Francisco Lindor and Katia were at the wedding, and the latter shared snaps from the event on social media.

On Sunday, Katia uploaded a five-snap post on her Instagram. She captioned it:

"My forever wedding date ❣️"

Katia wore black partywear with a furry coat of the same color. Lindor complimented his wife's outfit with a black tuxedo. While Lindor opted for black formal shoes, Katia wore pale green heels. The couple also added shades to their look, elevating their style.

The first snap was a full portrait of the couple, with both smiling, while the second was shot from a longer distance, and the pair didn't have shades on them. The third picture was taken from a longer distance, but the shades returned.

In the fourth photograph, Lindor walked down a stair with his wife. Lindor held his wife's hand in his right hand while he held a drink in the other. The fifth and final picture was taken with a wall in the background. Only Lindor wore shades in the full portrait snap.

Katia has close to 90,000 followers on Instagram. In addition to sharing content about her family, Francisco Lindor's wife is vocal about socio-political matters. She is a stern critic of Donald Trump, against whom she has levied serious accusations.
