Los Angeles Dodgers' first baseman Freddie Freeman has been on fire in the World Series and his wife Chelsea has been a constant support. The 35-year-old veteran has smashed back-to-back home runs in the World Series against the New York Yankees and has already made strong case for the series MVP award.

After hitting a walk-off Grand Slam in Game 1, Freeman blasted a solo homer on Saturday to give the Dodgers a 4-2 victory in Game 2. His wife Chelsea shared a two-word reaction to his blast with the "bomb" emoji, writing:

"Another one."

In Game 1 of the World Series, Freddie Freeman started the night with a triple in the first inning before his Grand Slam in the tenth inning secured the win for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

In Game 2, the former Atlanta Braves star smashed a solo home run in the third inning to give LA a 4-1 lead, which proved enough to give them a 2-0 lead in the series. His blast on Saturday made him only the second player since Babe Ruth to record back-to-back homers and a triple in the World Series.

Ever since their wedding in 2014, Chelsea Freeman has been her husband's biggest supporter for more than a decade. The couple have three children together and their mother ensures that the whole family is always behind their dad.

After his World Series win with the Braves in 2021, Chelsea and firstborn son Charlie joined the celebrations with Freddie on the field. As he now makes another bid for the title as the Dodger, Chelsea has once again been a prominent and vocal supporter in his corner.

Freddie Freeman celebrates walk-off Slam with Chelsea and kids after a difficult year for the family

Over the course of his career, Freddie Freeman has been open about all the medical issues his family has suffered over the years. Just three months earlier, Freddie and Chelsea were at their youngest son Maximus' bedside as he fought for his life after being stricken with Guillain-Barré syndrome.

Three month's later, Max is now with his mother and brothers, watching his dad dominate for the Los Angeles Dodgers in the World Series. After a difficult year for the family, both Freddie and Chelsea were overcome with emotion after his walk-off grand slam on Friday.
