Freddie Freeman's wife Chelsea makes her feelings known about Christmas overindulgence, turns to pilates & infra red sauna to tackle Holiday feasting

Fresh off the holidays, Chelsea Freeman is hoping to get back to her daily routine and adjust the feasting. She has her husband Freddie Freeman's new equipment to thank for getting over the holiday hangover.

Two days after Christmas, on Friday, Chelsea revealed her strategy to recover from the overindulgence: a combination of Pilates and sessions in Freddie's new infrared sauna.

The Instagram story, set against the backdrop of the cozy, glowing red interior of the sauna, showed Chelsea lounging with her legs up. She captioned the image:

"Hoping the double day of Pilates & using Freddie’s new infrared sauna 🧖‍♀️ can reverse all the holiday food & wine I enjoyed this week. 🍷😅"

The Freeman family had a blast to celebrate the festive season. This comes after they had an emotional rollercoaster. The most upsetting news they were dealt was their son Maximus' health as in late July, Chelsea had to rush him to hospital and upon diagnosis she learned he had a rare neurological condition, Guillan Barre syndrome.

After eight days in the hospital and countless prayers and well wishes, the family learned good news about Max's health, as doctors discharged him with the path of recovery ahead.

This upsetting news seemingly motivated Freddie Freeman as he came out swinging, to lead the LA Dodgers to their eighth World Series title and getting crowned the World Series MVP in the process.

Their first stop at the holiday season was Thanksgiving Day where Chelsea shared a photo of the family while sharing her gratitude.

"Thankful now more than ever for good health and our family being together. Happy Thanksgiving from the Freeman Family! 🦃🍁🍽" she wrote.

During the offseason, the couple also took their three sons on a trip to Anaheim's Disneyland. All of them seemed to have had a good time as Chelsea shared glimpses of it.

"Disney day! The kids had the best time and Brandon and Max got to ride their first rollercoasters🥰🎢✨ Thank you @DisneyParks @Disneyland #Disneyland" she wrote.

Finally, on the occasion of Christmas, Freddie Freeman and Chelsea twinned in white outfits while their sons wore casual outfits, getting pictured for the family's festive click.

"Merry Christmas from the Freemans!!!🎄🎁" she wrote.

The couple will certainly invite New Year with the same excitement.
