The 2024 season was highly successful for LA Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman as he finished the regular season batting .282 with 22 home runs and 89 RBIs. Along with his teammates and coaches, a constant source of support for the eight-time All-Star off the pitch is his wife Chelsea and sons.
With Christmas approaching, Chelsea Freeman took to her Instagram story on Friday to post an adorable family photo, posing in front of a Christmas tree along with her husband and three sons, Charlie, Brandon and Maximus.
"Tried to get a cute family pic and this is the best we got," Chelsea captioned.
Freddie Freeman reportedly met his wife in 2011 while he was playing for the Atlanta Braves. The couple announced their engagement in January 2014, shortly after Chelsea completed her degree at the University of Central Florida, and tied the knot in November of the same year.
Freddie Freeman's wife Chelsea posts cute family snap to celebrate Thanksgiving
On Thanksgiving, Chelsea Freeman posted a family picture to celebrate the holiday.
"Thankful now more than ever for good health and our family being together. Happy Thanksgiving from the Freeman Family! 🦃🍁🍽," Chelsea Freeman wrote.
There have been plenty of reasons to be thankful for the Freemans this year, the biggest one being the recovery of Maximus after being diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare neurological disorder, following the All-Star break. After spending eight days in an intensive care unit, Maximus' condition improved and he is now on the road to making a full recovery.
The season also ended perfectly for Freddie Freeman, as he starred in the Dodgers' World Series win against the New York Yankees and won the Willie Mays Trophy as he batted .300 with four home runs and 12 RBIs.
