Jorge Soler was one of the top free agents to be acquired by the San Franciso Giants during the off-season. Yet, his three-year $42 million deal was short-lived, as the Atlanta Braves traded Luke Jackson to acquire the star slugger. Soler has been having a frustrating season, and it doesn't seem to be getting better.

During the Braves vs Reds game, Soler wasn't too happy after hitting a pop-up ball to retire to the dugout. The slugger was frustrated after reviewing his play on the iPad and was seen smashing it to the ground. It's a crucial time for the Braves as they battle hard to clinch a position in the playoffs.

MLB fans took to social media to share their thoughts on Soler's frustration.

Here's a look at some of the fan reactions on X.

"Hardest thing he's hit since returning to the Braves," wrote one fan
"Have some class, Jorge. Really? Man oh man," another fan wrote
"I would also destroy the iPad if I had to keep watching this terrible offense," responded one fan.

Comments continued to flow as fans called out on Soler for struggling to perform.

"Hardest he’s hit anything since coming back to Atlanta, which just means he fits in with the rest of this pathetic offense," wrote one fan.
"Wish he could actually destroy the ball," added another fan.
"Bruh been sucking since arrival in Atlanta," one fan chipped in.

Jorge Soler's struggles with the Braves continue

It has been a tough time for Jorge Soler, and his stint with the Braves seems to be falling apart. He has a batting clip of .229 with a .327 OBP and a .737 OPS. The slugger has only 17 home runs for the Giants and the Braves combined.

When it comes to RBIs, Jorge Soler has 53 and has driven in 70 runs in 437 appearances at the plate. The Braves need to win most of their remaining games to make the playoffs.

Atlanta is tied with the Mets with a 78-65 record. The playoffs seem to be a tough challenge, with the Diamondbacks, Padres and the Brewers competing in the National League.
