MLB the Show 23 became available on Early Access on March 24, but only for those who pre-ordered special editions of the game. For everyone else, it will be available on March 28.
In the past, MLB the Show has been exclusively a PlayStation game. For many years, the only way to play the game was to have a PlayStation console as Sony was the developer of the game.

It's currently cross-platform and reaches a much wider audience, but does that include PC? Unfortunately, no. Sony has not ported the game to that gaming device, but there is a way to work around that.
How to get MLB the Show 23 on PC
MLB the Show is available on Xbox thanks to the recent cross-platform change, which is how a PC can technically play the game. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a gaming subscription service that allows players to access certain games for "free".
That includes The Show 23. As a result, it can be accessed on a PC, but it's not the same thing as the game actually being available on Steam or another PC gaming location.

For now, here is the full list of platforms the game has been released on:
- Nintendo Switch
- PlayStation 4
- PlayStation 5
- Xbox One
- Xbox Series S
- Xbox Series X
In the future, especially as last-gen consoles are phased out, PC will be an attractive option for Sony and MLB the Show. There's a good possibility it will be ported eventually, but it hasn't been yet.
