Houston Astros Opening Day is right around the corner. As Spring Training wraps up, teams are ready to begin the 2023 season. For the Astros, that means their title defense will officially get underway.
The defending champions will be taking on the Chicago White Sox to start the season. The Sox missed the playoffs last season but revamped by adding Andrew Benintendi and Mike Clevinger.
On Astros Opening Day, new first baseman Jose Abreu will see his former teammates for the first time since joining the Astros, too.
