Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Bobby Miller's girlfriend Natalie Loureda is an avid martial artist. Sister of popular WWE NEXT superstar Lola Vice, Loureda had participated in international Taekwondo events for the United States of America. As such, she is a big fan of the WWE and the UFC, two combat sports promotions under TKO.
UFC CEO Dana White announced two blockbuster fights for UFC 311, which will occur at Intuit Dome in California on January 18, 2025. Due to the stacked nature of the fight card, Miller's girlfriend shared her excitement through an Instagram story on Friday.
"Sooooo excited I can't believe we are going," she wrote.
As a resident of the Golden State, along with Bobby Miller, Loureda will watch the first UFC PPV event of 2025. After all, the main event is a lightweight title fight between champion Islam Makhachev and #1 ranked contender Arman Tsarukyan.
Moreover, the co-main event is between Umar Nurmagomedov, cousin of Khabib, and bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili. The light heavyweight fight between former champions Jiri Prochazka and Jamahal Hill adds extra flavor to the event.
Several MLB players closely follow MMA, particularly the UFC. At UFC 309, the PPV event at Madison Square Garden, the Yankees trio of Austin Wells, Anthony Volpe and Clarke Schmidt attended. Wells even shared President-elect Donald Trump's walkout on his social media.
Moreover, Kai Asakura, a Japanese MMA fighter, will make his promotional debut at UFC 311 against Alexandre Pantoja in a flyweight title fight in the main event. Asakura expressed hope Shohei Ohtani would attend the event to support him.
Funnily enough, Jon Jones, who headlined UFC 309, was asked a hypothetical question of who would win a fight between Ohtani and Aaron Judge. The arguable GOAT of MMA appeared to have no clue about the MLB superstars, eliciting hilarious reactions on social media.
When Bobby Miller's girlfriend expressed sorrow after UFC 308
UFC 308, headlined by Max Holloway and Ilia Topuria, was the promotion's sole PPV event in UAE. In the co-main event, Khamzat Chimaev submitted former champion and two-time title challenger Robert Whittaker in a middleweight number one contender fight.
Despite Chimaev being undefeated, the Chechen-born fighter defeating the Aussie was a shock for many. However, Bobby Miller's girlfriend Natalie Loureda predicted the undefeated phenom's win. Nonetheless, she expressed sorrow when recapping the event on her show, "Rolling With The Punches by Natalie Loureda."
"I am so sad for [Robert] Whittaker, but I just knew it was gonna happen. I think Whittaker is the toughest opponent Khamzat [Chimaev] has had so far, and then obviously he took him to the ground and he got him with a face crank and submitted him in round 1," Loureda said in Oct.
Aside from her interest in UFC and WWE, Loureda has been thick and through with Bobby Miller. Even though Miller didn't have an exceptional season in 2024, many predict the youngster will become part of the Dodgers' pitching rotation in 2025.
