The New York Yankees star Carlos Rodon’s wife, Ashley Rodon, is a mother of three - Willow, Bo and Silo. On an Instagram story on Sunday, Ashley opened up about her homesickness, a sentiment many mothers can relate to.
Ashley mentioned her younger son Silo in the post, hinting he could be the reason Ashley felt homesick.
“I try to block out when we’re gone so I don’t miss it so much. Then I come home and my soul is just calm,” Ashley wrote on Instagram.
Apart from being a philanthropist, mother & wife, she has a passion for modeling.
Carlos Rodon’s big charity project next month
The Rodon couple has a big charity project, Willow Gala, scheduled for next month. This fund-raising event, organized by The Carlos Rodon Foundation, a non-profit charity firm by Carlos Rodon, will focus on raising awareness about IVF and fertility challenges.
“We are thrilled to be at the inaugural Willow Gala with you next month! This special evening supports The Willow Grant, a fund founded in honor of our miracle, Willow, to help families facing fertility challenges.
"Join us as we raise awareness and funds to offer hope to those seeking fertility treatments like IVF. Visit our website to purchase tickets and make a donation or message us for more information! Together, we can bring hope and joy to countless families praying for their miracle. 💛✨,” the post read.
Willow Gala, named after their eldest daughter Willow, will be held on Monday, September 30, at the Delamar Greenwich Harbor. As the couple themselves once faced a tough time with fertility issues, they took the initiative of helping families overcome similar challenges and helping them achieve their own dream family someday.
