Alec Bohm and the Philadelphia Phillies have one of the best leaders in the game, Bryce Harper. He is the perfect role model for young athletes and an even better player.

There is no denying that he has been a big reason for Philadelphia's success over the last few seasons. He has stepped up in the biggest spots and has rallied his teammates behind him to do the same.

Even after Bohm has been teammates with Harper for parts of five seasons, he is still blown away. Bohm believes there are not much better figures in this game today.

"I don't think there's anybody better in the the game that is seizing the moment right than Bryce. Everybody wants to be in the big spot and all that stuff, but I think that's just him," - said Bohm.

While many athletes say they want to be put in the spot with the game on the line, Harper does. He wants to be in the game with all the pressure on him because he is confident in his abilities.

"It's pretty cool to be able to share the field with him and be able to learn from him and watch him work and watch him play. He sets such a good example of how to go out there and play every day. So, it's been fun" - said Bohm.

Bohm knows how special of a player Harper is and soaks up everything he can from him. Harper is a generational player who is well on his way to the Hall of Fame.

Alec Bohm participated in Monday's MLB Home Run Derby. While he got off to a slow start in the first round, he got some much-needed help from his teammate, Bryce Harper.

As a nod to the fanbase in Philly, Bryce Harper brought out a jug labeled "wooder" in front of the cameras. This was something that Bryson Stott, who was watching from home was calling for in a post on social media.

While it would help him reach the semifinals, that would be as far as the Phillies slugger would go. He would then match up with Teoscar Hernandez, the eventual winner of the derby, and lose in a swing-off. However, that is not bad for somebody who came into the event as an underdog.
