Last month, near Cole Tucker's birthday (July 3), Vanessa Hudgens welcomed a new child. She was spotted leaving a hospital in Los Angeles with her husband and newborn. The couple was upset when their private moments were made public, but they confirmed they had become parents to a baby.

Since then, Tucker and Hudgens have been relatively quiet on social media. But on Thursday, Hudgens posted a photo of her in a purple outfit with a "Mama" locket hanging around her neck.

"Still here, just evolved💜," she wrote in her caption.

Cole Tucker credits Vanessa Hudgens and family for showing support and encouraging in tough times

Being a baseball player is never easy. An individual has to grind through a longer season than in other sports such as ice hockey, football and basketball.

During this time, Tucker feels that having family to lean on is important for a positive mindset throughout the season.

"There's so much that will show up in the season and in spring training, especially you just got to make sure to have your most positive mental frame to show up every day and it comes from a lot of different places," Tucker told AJ Ramos of "The Locker Room"

"My wife, my parents, my brothers, my friends, you know, you lean on a lot of people, especially during the season because everybody looks at us like we're just athletes but there's a human being with a heartbeat in there. You got to take care of that human being first. You know we got to show up and be our best version of ourselves and you hope that trickles into the game," he added.

After dating for years, Tucker and Hudgens tied the knot in December in Tulum, Mexico. They have now added one more member to their family, which includes pet dog Darla.
